Sarjesa Inc. is a Canadian socially-focused tea company that raises awareness about missing and murdered Indigenous women and girls while supporting impactful violence prevention programming for vulnerable women. Each blend of high quality tea is beautifully crafted in consultation with Elders and local community members. $2 from each box is donated to Awo Taan Healing Lodge Society, a women's shelter in Calgary.
Our goal at Sarjesa is to maintain a lifestyle brand that is focused on real Canadian women, while maintaining brand awareness as a tea company. My goal as Marketing Coordinator was to continue doing so, while creating a feed that others could appreciate visually and resonate with to drive sales. This resulted in a 400 per cent increase in online sales in my first month with the company.
